Join T9 Mastered for a training will equip Title IX professionals with the skills to identify and assess relevant evidence within the specific context of Title IX investigations and hearings. Participants will learn how to distinguish key relevant evidence from extraneous details.

In addition to sharpening evaluative skills, this interactive training will help participants enhance their written work, both in writing witness summaries and crafting concise, defensible, and well-organized analysis. Attendees will learn how to translate their relevance assessments into writing that is both logically sound and accessible to multiple audiences, including parties, school administrators, and external reviewers.

Learning Objectives:

  • Define “relevant evidence” under Title IX regulations and school policies
  • Practice filtering out irrelevant, duplicative, or biased information
  • Apply consistent methods for analyzing and weighing evidence
  • Improve clarity, focus, and organization of analysis
