T9 Mastered: Essentials 2+1
T9 Mastered is closely monitoring the situation with COVID and the Delta variant and will follow all requirements issued by the Pasadena Public Health Department for our September training.
T9 Mastered returns to live training in Pasadena, California with a new Essentials 2+1 program tailored to meet your needs. Scheduled for September 21-23, 2021, you can select any of the following attendance options:
September 21-22: Two days of training on Title IX investigations
- This program features sessions on navigating the current Department of Education regulations, understanding trauma and trauma-informed approaches, and the challenges of Title IX interviews. The program also has a new session focused on consent and how to tease out facts to determine whether consent was established by the parties. This module looks closely at incapacitation, escalating levels of sexual activity, and other areas where consent may be disputed.
September 23: One day Report Writing Workshop
- Roll up your sleeves for a one-day session on writing an investigative report. This program covers the foundations of report writing and addresses the written content needed at key points in the process, such as evidence review and the hearing. The programs also covers relevance, credibility and other factors that go into achieving an excellent report.

Each participant will receive a Certificate of Completion issued by T9 Mastered. MCLE certificates of attendance from the State Bar of California are pending approval.
MCLE approval pending for 19.0 hours of MCLE credit from the State Bar of California, including 1.0 hour for Recognition and Elimination of Bias.
If you are licensed as an attorney in another state, upon request T9 Mastered can provide assistance to help you obtain CLE credit in that state.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel on or before 8/21/2021 — Full refund.
Cancel 8/22/2021 to and including 9/10/2021 — $200 cancellation fee.
Cancel after 9/10/21 — No refund but substitutions or transfers may be allowed provided the substitute pays a $200 transfer fee.
