Join T9 Mastered for a FREE webinar that examines the remaining essential elements of the different Sexual Harassment definitions: “based on sex,” unwelcome, and interfering with a school program or activity. Experienced Title IX professionals and T9 Mastered Faculty will provide real-world scenarios to help participants critically analyze each individual element and determine if the collective elements are met when assessing policy violations. Attendees will leave with enhanced confidence in their ability to properly identify relevant aspects of conduct that speak to the elements of Sexual Harassment.
